1. Welcome to our breach reporting system
If you want to report a suspected violation of the law in our organization, you can use our internal reporting channel. The purpose of this channel is to provide a simple tool enabling the identification of various forms of illegal behavior and providing the whistleblower with adequate protection. We guarantee confidentiality of your case and identity, and protection from any retaliation.
2. What can you report?
When making a notification, you must have reasonable grounds to believe that the reported The information is true at the time of filing. The purpose of this reporting channel is to prevent and detect fraud, corruption and other illegal behavior. The report can be about current or past conduct. Remember that this reporting channel is not for expressing dissatisfaction with working conditions, organization or management, or conflicts in the workplace. Reports of unfavorable situations that relate solely to the reporting party or his or her work situation are not considered within the scope of the reporting system under the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act.
3. Your application
The application must include the following information:
- The type of violation you want to report.

- Documentation of any kind, if available. If you do not have access to Documentation, but you know that it exists, please indicate what type it is documentation where it is stored.
- Details of any further action taken for misconduct.
