SmartWork Quality Policy

Smart Work Employment Agency focuses on satisfying the needs and expectations of even the most demanding Business Partners. The experience of our staff allows us for professional realisation of orders. The services of the group are used by listed companies, large international concerns as well as enterprises from the SME sector. Smart Work also realises orders for foreign clients, acting on the basis of the highest ethical and business standards. Smart Work is a member of the Business Centre Club and the National Convention of Employment Agencies.

Our approach to quality:

  1. we listen to our Clients’ needs and adapt solutions precisely,
  2. we only accept orders we are capable to provide professionally and on time,
  3. we focus on comprehensiveness and complementarity of services - we offer our Clients access to new human resources as a part recruitment, outsourcing and temporary work, technological resources as well as production and warehouse space,
  4. we enable our Clients to subcontracting processes, i.e. to outsource a specific process or an entire sector to our employment agency,
  5. we provide a trained staff in various branches
  6. planning processes and services we identify potential errors and take necessary measures to prevent them,
  7. we understand how important is a continuous improvement of competences so that we can work in a professional manner,

Our approach to Clients and Interested Parties:

With regard to all interested parties we adhere to the following principles:

  3. providing services with due diligence and in accordance with the developed standards,
  4. ensuring the confidentiality of information obtained in connection with the provision of services,
  5. protection of processed personal data,
  6. continuous meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard and other applicable requirements.

Measurable operational targets set by the Smart Work management board annually are available for review by all interested parties.

All the Smart Work employees know and apply the Quality Policy as well as the principles contained in the Quality Book and accompanying documentation.

We are committed to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and to meet the applicable requirements.
